Fred and a slightly different version of the New JBs -- with
Vince Evans on keys and Harry Kim on trumpet -- did a quick three hits in Europe last week: at the clubs
Fabrik in Hamburg and
Quasimodo in Berlin, and culminating with a cool night at the 30th anniversary edition of the
Jazz Sous Les Pommiers (Jazz Under the Apple Trees) Festival in Coutance, France. Below are photos from the three shows. Thanks to all who came out and all who helped make the tour happen.
